We reserve the right to price changes. We cannot guarantee that the information given on the stock is always accurate. Our liability is always limited to the amount paid for the product(s).
Placing an order
You can order products in our web store by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the web store’s checkout. All orders (products ordered, price and delivery cost) are confirmed via email. To receive a confirmation, you are required to fill in a valid email address. When ordering from our web store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.
If the product is out of stock or no longer available, it will usually not be visible in the webshop. If however it still is visible, and ordered, you will receive a note of unsuccessful order in your email.
Paying the products
The products are paid when ordered. You can pay with credit card or directly from your bank account using Checkout and Trustly. See more details below.
Delivery
The deliveries are handled by Logitrail Oy. The deliveries are handled usually at the same day or within max 3 days.
The deliveries are made door-to-door or to the chosen pick up-point.
The delivery costs will be stated after you have chosen a payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered or unregistered mail, of which registered mail is trackable with a tracking code.

Delivery time
Our usual delivery times within Finland are 2-7 days, and in other countries 3-21 days depending on the country, order and delivery method. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery.
Problem situations with delivery
In case your order has gone missing or has been damaged during delivery, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days. If the order has been missing or damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.
Terms for product exchanges and returns
You have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing. Returning a flawless product is at your own cost.

If there is something wrong with the product (faulty or parts missing), and you wish to return it or exchange it, please contact us first. We will pay your money back or send you a new one as soon as we have received the faulty product. In this case we will pay for returning.
When returning an order, please attach your name and contact information as well as your bank account number for money refunds.

Checkout payments
Payment by credit card
Payments by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards are available. Card payments are made safe by Nets SSL-secured payment method. The web shop or Checkout Finland Oy has no access to your card information. No card information is stored in our systems. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode verification are enabled if active on your card.
Payment by bank
Checkout Finland Oy(2196606-6) transmits the payment to the merchant. You have access to all the Finnish banks’ payment buttons, which means you can pay with Nordea, OP Bank, Säästöpankki, POP bank, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, the Bank of Åland and LähiTapiola Bank. The payers account statement will show Checkout Finland Oy as the receiver of the payment. The payment will be transferred to the merchant by Checkout Finland Oy.
This shop uses services provided by Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6) for card payments. The web shop works as a marketer of products and services, as well as a supplier of products to the customer. The web shop is responsible for the statutory trade-related and self-determined obligations. With credit card payments, the trade is between the client and Checkout Finland Oy. Checkout Finland Oy is responsible for the obligations and claims related to card payments. Checkout is shown on the payers card invoice and transmits funds paid by the customer directly to the merchant.
